Located in Johnson City, the D&D School of Real Estate offers numerous Downloadable courses, as well as Workbook based courses. Founded in 1993, classes include correspondence, packages, online, classroom, and the Virtual Classroom for both the Real Estate licensee and the Appraiser. Featured courses incldue the 60 & 30 hours pre-licensing courses (both required for TN licensing); 120 broker pack; TREC Core and 30 hour office and broker management by correspondence. Specials range from combo packs to downloadable courses - packages change on a regular monthly basis.
